Admission Process
» For admission, you are requested to apply in the prescribed Admission Form along with two recent passport size photographs, 10th Certificate/ ID & address Proof (Passport/Voter-ID/Pan card/DL).
» Admission on First-come, First-served basis.
Fee Mode
» Payment should be made either in Cash/Cheque/DD in favour of Utkarsh Academy, payable at Kanpur or Online payment method.
» You are advised to make payments only against the issuance of fee-receipt.
»फ़ीस देने के पश्चात् फीस रसीद अवश्य प्राप्त करें .
» The management reserves the right to alter the Fees and the Course Schedule without any prior notice.
Concession
» To get old student concession, you must reproduce old I-Card before the Admission In charge.
Installment
» If admission is taken under installment plan, the balance fee must be cleared on or before the due date, failing so without prior approval from office may be barred from attending classes.
Refund
» Fee once paid shall not be refunded / adjusted under any circumstances. Therefore, you are requested to satisfy yourself about the requirements of the course before joining.
»फीस किसी भी दशा में वापस / समायोजित नहीं की जाएगी .
»If for any reason, the candidate discontinues the course, he/she will have no claim on refund of fees.
»Prior Permission is to be taken before leave.
»The photo of students is compulsory and can be used by the academy for publicity.
»प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी की फोटो अनिवार्य है एवं इसका प्रयोग पब्लिसिटी के लिए किया जा सकता है.
»All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kanpur only.
Discipline
» You must keep I-card issued by the Academy whenever you visit the Academy premises for attending lectures or for any other work.
» The Academy reserves the right to terminate admission without explanations in case of any kind of misbehavior or indiscipline on the part of the student.
Hostel
» Hostel accommodation may be facilitated by the Academy upon request.

» For Counseling on any matter you can simply walk into the Utkarsh Academy Office of enquire over the Telephone.
» For personal counseling or any discussion regarding IAS preparation, please meet the Director, Dr. Pradeep Dixit or Alka Ma’am in person with prior appointment.
